What materials can Poly Workshop machine?

How are confidential designs handled?

CAD files submitted through the quote form are encrypted in the browser with AES-256-GCM before upload, so stored files are unreadable without a separately delivered key. A formal NDA is available on request before any file transfer.

What are typical lead times?

Prototypes generally 3 to 7 days. Production runs generally 2 to 4 weeks depending on quantity, material availability and finishing requirements. Rush prototype work can be quoted at 1 to 3 days.

Can Poly Workshop help if the design is not manufacturing-ready?

Yes. Designs are reviewed for manufacturability at no cost and specific changes are recommended before ordering. Parts can also be reverse engineered from a physical sample when no drawing exists.

Is Poly Workshop ISO 9001 certified?

Poly Workshop operates ISO 9001 compliant quality management processes and is working towards formal certification. It is not yet audited or certified. Full traceability is maintained on every order: material certificates, in-process measurement records and final inspection reports.
